At the Fabrique à Bretzels Shop, immerse yourself in the delicious world of pretzels, a symbol of Alsatian hospitality and craftsmanship. Savory or sweet pretzels straight from the factory, pretzel sticks and savory snacks, appetizer kits, gift ideas: you’ll find almost everything related to pretzels and the joys of appetizers.
Since 1935, Boehli has been applying its expertise to the production of pretzels and savory appetizer crackers—essential accompaniments for celebrations and moments of relaxation. The shop carries on this tradition by also offering gift baskets for all occasions, gourmet and local products, as well as a selection of gift ideas centered around pretzels, Alsace, and the art of the aperitif—all made in Northern Alsace.
